Customizable procedural EEVEE toon shader. It's very simple as of yet, but the customizable values / inputs are the following:

- Base Color
- Metallic
- Roughness
- Specular
- Sheen
- Clearcoat
- Clearcoat Roughness
- IOR
- Highlight brightness
- Shadow brightness
- Highlight threshold
- Shadow threshold
- Normal

Plans for the future include different cartoony noise options, a more "painterly" feel, uniform values to work with and a lot more.
